ATP testing is a tool that W.K. Merriman provides to customers to analyze their biological wastewater system before and after the implementation of Byo-Gon or any other product that can impact overall biology.

ATP testing provides three key insights that customers can use to analyze the health of their biosystem:

cATP (cellular ATP) – cATP provides a direct indication of living biomass energy level. This parameter is important for water applications where the goal is to maintain a stable population of biomass.
BSI (biological stress index) – BSI is a way to look at the overall stress level of the organisms in the biosystem. This indicator can give customers a number between 0% - 100% to show how stressful and environment is to the bacterial population.
ABR (active biomass ratio) – ABR represents a percentage from 0% - 100% of the total solids in the sample that are living biomass

ATP testing can be done on-site at your facility or samples can be sent overnight to WKM for our team to test at our lab.

How to get started:
